BECOMING A HIGH-IMPACT LEADER

The Level One training offers instruction on Baptiste Methodology through five days of classroom instruction, small-group practice sessions, and guided inquiry. The Level One environment and all aspects of the program are supportive of all levels of practitioners, teachers, and leaders, from the absolute beginner to the more experienced. It also works for those who have no desire to teach or lead but are looking for a real and fundamental shift in their life.

GUIDED INQUIRY SESSION

Inquiry sessions unveil blind spots and disrupt ineffective patterns in life and leading. This newfound awareness fuels a profound shift and release, liberating newfound authenticity, intentional action, and natural self-expression. The inquiry sessions guide you to find freedom in the present and drive real change where it matters. Guided inquiry is a transformative journey that supports you to convert fear into power, confront and release your limiting beliefs, overcome people pleasing and discover your authentic voice. Instruction includes workshops and talkshops to distinguish the organizing principles, foundational postures, proper alignment, and the application of the Baptiste methodology, including meditation and guided inquiry.

TRANSFORM FROM THE INSIDE OUT

The guided daily practices will provide an opportunity to deepen and evolve your own practice, and through Baron’s guidance, you’ll gain examples of how to powerfully and effectively conduct a group class, hold a standard of proper principles, mechanics, and alignment for any level of ability.

The Journey Into Power Practice

Journey Into Power, the heart of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, comprises 11 core sequences. Each of the 11 sequences carries its own unique purpose, incorporating elements like drishti (focused gaze), Ujjayi breath, core strength, alignment, full-body engagement, muscle activation, and graceful flow. These postures within the sequence are both fluid and functional, utilizing one’s body weight as resistance. They follow a wave-like motion, emanating from the core and extending outward to the periphery, ultimately returning to Mountain Pose—the center point of True North Alignment. This is the essence of Journey Into Power.

Prepare for a profound metamorphosis, not just physically, but within your very being, driven by the practice of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and the Journey Into Power sequence. Guided by Baron Baptiste and co-facilitators, you’ll experience daily meditation practices to master your mindset and way of being. This practice dissolves stress and gets you grounded and present in real time. You’ll unveil the presence of something greater, higher intuition, and a clear vision for your life. You’ll open up to your guiding light across all aspects of your life and leadership.

CREATE REAL MOMENTUM

Small group practice sessions focus on improving individual participants’ technical knowledge and application while Baron and senior coaches engage participants in a dialogue that illuminates and reinforces effective strategies for leading others. In these sessions, you’ll set the foundation to learn and practice the crucial skills to deliver the Baptiste Methodology to others. WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

You’ll join Baron Baptiste and Team in Park City, Utah from June 15–19th, 2025 (Plan to arrive on June 14th and depart on June 20th.)

Upon registering, we will provide you with several accommodation options, should you choose to utilize them.

The daily training schedule will be from approximately 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM Mountain Time with periodic short breaks and one longer lunch break each day.

By the end of the program, you will not only have a deep understanding of Baptiste Yoga’s methodology, practices, and techniques—you will also develop newfound confidence in yourself and your abilities to lead others.

We recommend you read the book Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste. You can purchase a copy of the new 2022 Edition or an audio version.

We also recommend familiarizing yourself with, and/or memorizing, the Journey Into Power Sequence (available in PDF UPON REGISTRATION), including the names of each sequence and the poses within the 11 sequences.

HOW CAN LEVEL ONE HELP ME FEEL MORE CONFIDENT?

In Level One You’ll Learn:

Confidence is not something you do. It is what happens when you stop pretending, drop comparison, and live in deep, relaxed awareness of who you are.

In Level One our approach to confidence is very different from traditional self-help methods. Instead of trying to "become more confident" by forcing external behaviors or affirmations, we teach that true confidence arises naturally when you are leading and living authentically, present, and in full self-acceptance.

In Level One we teach the idea that confidence and insecurity are two sides of the same coin — both are based on comparison and fear of others’ opinions. When you are truly present and living from your authentic self, you neither feel confident nor insecure—you are simply being yourself, authentic, natural, centered.

HOW CAN LEVEL ONE HELP ME OVERCOME FEAR?

In Level One we take on a perspective that is quite different from conventional methods that focus on "fighting" or "conquering" fear. Instead, we work to understand, accept, and even embrace fear.

In Level One, our approach to overcoming fear—especially in the context of leading, teaching, and working with groups—is deeply grounded in the transformational principles of being committed to something bigger than yourself, authenticity, and presence. Rather than focusing on eliminating fear, Baron teaches people to relate to fear in a new way — as something that loses power when fully owned and brought into awareness.

We also explore how waiting for fear to disappear before taking action is a trap. The way through fear is not resistance, but acceptance, ownership, and taking action in the face of it. In other words, you don’t wait to get rid of fear — you act in the presence of fear.

At Level One: Journey Into Power, you will learn to overcome — or even disappear — your greatest fears.

HOW CAN LEVEL ONE HELP ME DEAL WITH STRESS AND BURNOUT?

At Level One we don’t treat stress as a surface-level problem to "manage" — we see it as a symptom of living out of alignment. Stress arises when we are constantly chasing future outcomes, striving for perfection, or living according to society's expectations. Burnout is the natural consequence of forcing yourself to live against your natural inner rhythm and true north alignment.

At Level One you’ll learn how to get “present” and allow yourself to simply "be", drop into your body, and come back to your true north alignment. The result is stress disappears.
